PURPOSE OF JOB
As Customer Care Representative the successful candidate will provide direct service to customers, brokers, and healthcare providers. They will manage insurance coverage inquiries, resolve service problems, handle customer requests, and finalize policies.

Cayman First offers a competitive compensation package inclusive annual bonus eligibility, preferred rates on health insurance, home and motor insurance, work life balance, and preferred mortgage rates and personal banking in partnership with Cayman National Bank and Scotia Bank. The salary range for this position is CI$35,000 to CI$45,000.
