Job Description

Cayman Leasing was established in 2002 to lease and sell vehicles in the Cayman Islands. We import our vehicles from the Japanese and North American markets. Our popular lease-to-own program allows a customer to lease a vehicle over 12, 24, or 36-months and purchase the vehicle at successful completion for a nominal $100. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Politely greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate meeting room or waiting area.
  • Receive and sort documents and deliveries from customers and distribute.
  • Answer, screen and transfer incoming phone calls
  • Take messages from customers and schedule call backs if visitors/callers are unable to connect with desired staff member.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Open and close the office on a daily basis following various checklists.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Maintain office supplies and keep records of expenses and costs.
  • Provide rides to various staff members.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as sorting, filing, photocopying, scanning etc.


  • Must be a Caymanian or right to work No work permits.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have clean police record.
  • Professional attitude and appearance. A friendly demenaor.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Must excel at pre-employment skills and aptitude testing.


  • US$12 per hour plus performance pay
  • 30-45 hours per week
  • Tuesday - Saturday (Closed on Sundays and Mondays)
  • Other benefits in accordance with Labour Act.
